What is EFT?

EFT is an electronic funds transfer which means that funds are withdrawn automatically from your checking or savings account, on a regular basis, to pay your insurance bill. There is no need to write a check or worry about whether your payment has reached us on time.

How does EFT work?

The date and the amount to be withdrawn will be shown on your Premium Statement. If your withdrawal date falls on a weekend or holiday, the transaction will occur on the next regular banking day.
All future withdraws will be based on the payment plan you select until the policy premium is paid in full.
When you choose EFT, it automatically continues at policy renewal on the same payment plan until you make a change.
To change your bank account information or to add another policy, complete and resubmit an application form.
If there are insufficient funds in your account to cover the EFT, a fee will be applied.
Business policies subject to audits: If your policy is subject to a premium audit and the audit results in a lower premium, we will apply the credit to your account and send you a statement. If the audit results in a higher premium, we will notify you when the amount will be deducted from your account.
