Working at Goodville Mutual

When our founders contemplated the idea of forming Goodville Mutual Casualty Company in 1926, their vision was rooted in the practice of mutual aid - effectively a cooperative model for caring for each other. Over time, much has changed, but that sense of mutuality continues to be embedded in the culture of Goodville. Our culture is a product of organizational values and the people that come together to live them out - which is why we are so focused on recruiting and retaining team members drawn to be a part of something special.

We look to create a community as an organization where people not only see this as a job, but as a sense of purpose.
